Haliburton has contracts with our government's blessings!!! With that in mind, a Democratic President would find it difficult or impossible to break those contracts so that Cheney's company would probably survive.
However, there are always loopholes in contracts, and if a Democratic President could prove a breach of contract in a legal setting, Cheney's "greed machine" could be stopped.
May God bless you. Thank you for an intelligent question.

Sure, Halliburton will be here long after Bush and Cheney are forgotten. But it may be a little less profitable, and don't be surprised if after the investigations finally work their way through the system if some money gets returned and a few people go to jail.

Like Bill Clinton? Or wasn't he democrat enough for you.

It's also interesting how you link to Cheney. Do you know the facts or just like twisting things like the media?

Amazing your king clinton used them also. Or does that fact elude and not go with the lib talking points.

They are the only company that is big enough to do a job like this. And keep in mind this part of that company is losing money.

So go tell your talking points to some one who cares.

Clinton had no problem using Haliburton on projects like going into Kosovo.

You may not like but they are the only company that can provide the support and equipment needed.

Now thanks to the DNC pressure you push them right out this country and took American jobs with it.

Thanks guys.

Ah, the leftist bogeyman of Halliburton.

Oooooh, how scary!

So, any of you lefties have anything resembling truth or facts to back up any of your outrageously false claims, or is truth just a tool for us eeeeeevil conservatives?

Sadly I don't think Haliburton will be going away any time soon. Unless.... They were caught doing something atrocious.

If Dems hunkered down and actually investigated it I'm sure we could get rid of Haliburton, however I think they have other things on their minds right now.
