... of Preeminent Lawyers and " AV-rated under Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system", does it mean this lawyer is good and experienced? Or is it just another money paying advertisement trick?

Most so-called directories of the "best" whatevers are pay for inclusion deals & so are meaningless. Martindale-Hubbel is not.

No, not advertising. At least not the "AV" rating.

That means the lawyer has been in practice for a long time (either over 15 years or over 20 years) and has received no ethical complaints and no disciplinary action by the bar.

I don't know about the "preeminent" rating or who determines that, but i suspect it's a similar metric.

You can believe most of the Martindale ratings.

Eminent means famous and well respected. I suppose "PRE eminent" means "not yet......."
