You already know that most restaurants fail. What are the ingrediants of a successful restaurant? Good location, good food, good service, convenience, reasonable prices, fun atmosphere, romantic atmosphere, alcohol, healthy food, great desserts, etc.

Yes, you should open a restaurant. Plan carefully. Read a book about all the necessary steps. Maybe work with a partner. Make sure you have enough money. Have a unique concept and make sure every employee understands what it is.

If you do open a restaurant, always go in with investors or partners. More than likely, the business venture will fail and you'll want to have people share the risk. However, keep trying and eventually you might open a successful restaurant.

But first of all you have to had, experiences on running business, and in the kitchen also, some restaurant might have successful, but some not, because of their service quality, or the quality of the food, so if you think you can run the restaurant, just go ahead and do it, but if you think you can't, just don't.
