Willis Magahee is pretty fast, but in a distance race Rip Hamilton could beat anybody. That guy runs freakishly long distances for training.

Im pretty sure in the NFL DeAngelo Hall has the fastest 40. Its something like 4.21. I believe I have also heard he has run as fast as a 4.19.
In baseball Id go with Jose Reyes.
Basketball Im not too sure. Straight line speed is not exactly at a premium since the game is constantly in motion endurance is the real key.
My winner between Reyes and Hall is DeAngelo Hall.

NFL-- Fabian Washington (CB for the Raiders... I'm pretty sure he's just a touch faster than DeAngelo Hall)
NBA-- Leandro Barbosa
MLB-- Ichiro
Washington would win, followed by Ichiro and then Barbosa.

Darryl Green, retired from the Washington Redskins. Was the fastest in the NFL. Was one of the fastest in the world, even in full pads. Even now, my money would be on Green, even at his age, to lead the field in a race.

NFL Warren Sapp, MLB Bobby Jenks, NBA Sean Bradly.
Warren Sapp wins because he eats the other competitors before they reach the finish line.

NFL - Devin Hester
NBA - Sebastian Telfair
MLB - Carlos Gomez
These are if your talking about short distances like 40 yard dash or a 100 meter race.
Out of these it would be very close between Gomez and Hester.

Tye Hill (St. Louis Rams) & Jonathan Joseph (Cincinnati Bengals) had the fastest 40 times in recent NFL combines, plus they were both track stars at their respective colleges. I wouldn't bet against either one of them, especially if you're talking about on a track and not in-game speed.
