The tape that comes into play is of phyllis telling brad he needs to vote her way and she knows about the one night stand and how she is gonna tell victoria everything if he dont go her way....and Amber will ask Jill if she has the money.

Yep & David Chow is the one who submitted the tape. All this evidence against her & she still may get off. That sucks!

figured as much. nikki will do anything to get her way as well as david chow. i don't like either one of them. i think that when they show the tape in court to ruin phyllis, she should tell the court about brad using a different name. i don't think phyllis deserves to go to jail over this and i think she should be able to raise her daughter herself. brad's the one who messed up his marriage by sleeping with that ho sharon and he just wants to put the blame on phyllis.

It's no spoiler here in Canada,we are ahead of the U.S by an episode.
I really feel for Phyllis,I hope she gets off.
As for Amber,I am so glad her character is getting written off the show.

Thanks for the info......it's hard to keep up, on a daily basis, with all the changes on the show. Sometimes I feel like I got whiplash !! What's the matter with TPTB over there ??? They've been getting rid of people like a plague of locust came thru the wheat field.
