There are a lot of people that you can probrably talk to through e-mail, but that is not really the best choice. There are so many wierd and messed up people out there. If you really want to talk to somebody then don't talk about your private life or anything because you never really know. I think it would be better if you talk to the people at home, or people that you know on the internet. Don't get yourself caught up in a dangerous situation. I'm not sure what your situation is, and what is going on; good luck though and be careful with what you choose.

I wouldn't email anyone, you never know who's out there. You could try one of those confidential toll free phone calls. You can talk to them about anything and they have to keep it to themselves. They can give you advice or, just listen to you.

You might also try writing. Start a journal and tell it everything. If writing is hard for you, try drawing or painting. This type of thing is very therapeutic.

If your parents are up for it,ask them if you can go to a counselor. When school starts, talk to your school counselor.

You should find a trusted teacher or adult friend. I know it is summer, but, chances are you can look up one of your teacher's phone numbers. You can also go to any church or convent for help...I think a convent or nun in relation to any church would be best!
