Besides getting pregnant (best hair of my life) try drinking Fenugreek tea.
Use a hair food at night with a nightcap if you're single and sometimes when you use hair food all the time you want to shampoo more than once a week in this case use a conditioner to shampoo off excess hair food in the day or just use olive oil if you can't find a hair food.
Good luck and don't worry.
Rub the hairfood or Olive oil on your palms first to warm it up.
Oh and take a multivitamin and eat lots of spinach ...

I agree with the nutrition thing. I eat healthy whole foods and every time I get a hair cut (once or twice a year), the person gushes over how pretty it is.
I also only wash my hair two or three times a week and I don't blow dry it or use a curling iron it. (My blow dryer gets more use defogging the mirror than on my hair, and I have one of those cool temperature ion ones, too.)
Also, do you smoke or anything like that? It might be a coincidence, but I know a couple of people who smoke whose hair does not look great. Although one of them colors her hair, so the chemicals from that, too, might factor in. One, though, eats a poor diet (she thinks deli meat with cheese, deli or processed, with mayo on white bread is "healthy"; For her though, it probably is) in addition to all of the smoking.
I am pregnant (seven and a half months) and I suppose my hair is better, but I haven't noticed anything majorly different. My hair was naturally thick and full before, so who knows.
Just some thoughts.

Eat healthfully, maintain a healthy weight, and take supplemental vitamins. There are special vitamins for hair, skin and nails that you might want to look into. Additionally, make sure that you do not put to much stress on your hair - e.g., too much heat from styling tools, too much hair products, and do not pull back your hair tightly. Finally, be sure to get regular trims, do not brush it too much and deep condition at least a few times a month.

lifestyle, vitamin and mineral intake all contribute to hair.
maybe take some vitamins, have head massages as these stimulate blood to the scalp, regular trims to keep dead ends off, volume products can all help
to be honest your meant to loose 100 hairs a day and this is normal and u can go thru periods of loosing more but this might only be temporary.

Maybe Using Straighteners for thin hair,
Also Tresemme or Sunsilk for thin Hair.
I have very thick hair but my mum has thin hair and she uses both of those.
Hope this helps [Also try hairdrying upside down, sounds weird, but it makes it a bit thicker!]
