I usually get some pretty bad cramping. When I went in to the ER for gallstones, they found a cyst on the ultrasound. They said it wasn't a big deal but I remember that period being pretty painful. I think it's when I have a cyst that it's a bad period because sometimes it's not bad at all. Anyway, I really hate to take pain killers because they're so bad for you. They damage your liver and mess up your stomach too. I usually take a long hot bath with some epsom salts to help ease the full back ache I usually get. I'm stationed in Japan and my husband bought these hand warmers that are the exact same thing as those heating pads for cramps. Over here they're cheap as heck. I usually put one of those below my belly button to help me fall asleep. And I know that sex is the last thing on your mind when you're all crampy and angry and in pain but I've found that having an orgasm helps relieve some cramps. Having sex on your period is like getting an inside massage... as long as your BF or husband is up for that. Toys help too if that's what you can get. Other than that I eat fresh fruit and stay away from caffine and salt.

Are attempting boiling a pot of water and striking your face over the steam. Then when your pores are opened, you need to use two cotton balls and press and the blackheads considering that they must be easy to get out. Your face will traditionally be a bit of red after so i'd use a facial mask to calm down your face. Just right luck!!

take Ibuprofen or Midol, drink warm tea, soak in a warm bath, do simple yoga, place a heating pad on your stomach,. having an orgasm can also help relieve cramps.
