I rejected this guy that I work with when he asked me if I would go out with him. I just said no, and if he was the type to ask why, then he shouldn't because "these matters are always kinda hard to explain". The main reason was the fact that I just wasn't attracted to him and he was starting to annoy me.

I was recently asked to consider giving piano lessons to smaller children - and I had to politely refuse.
My reason? I teach school all day long 8th graders - and I deal with 5th, 6th and 7th graders on a daily basis...I also deal with ages 3-12 at my church as their choir musician - I think I am stretched enough in the children's department - my patience can only stretch so far.......
