Oh yeah, that happens a lot. Then I get even more pissed off because I usually realize that I had a great thought when I was happy, but I'd forgotten it in the process. This happens everywhere to me, not just at work.

They can pull you down, but ultimately your mood is your own and you have complete control over your attitude and how you react to others.
One thing that is fun - while they are acting like biaches, crank up the "happy face" - it will really piss them off!

I don't let co-workers get under my skin like that. Who cares what they say/do/think. They'll always have some drama to inflict on anyone willing to listen/watch. I ignore them and their drama, so they don't find it fun to try to drag me into it.
Try always to consider the source before you decide how to react, do you REALLY care what they think?
Family and friends can change my moods, because I care about them.

Yes I do but I try my best to not let others effect my mood and steal my joy or pace!

yes especially when you are dating that person and they go from happy to pissed off and back to happy

I do my best to keep away from those people as much as possible. I'm very sensitive and pick up negative energy very easily...
