whenever i'm too tired or feeling stressed, I have these brownish spottings and feel slight pain in my abdomen

what could this be? research says its normal esp in between periods but when it occurs frequently?

It could also be related to an infection but the only way to know for sure is to have this situation evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
