these are the extra vitamins you're body doesn't need coming out. It doesn't concentrate your urine. Vit C does the same thing. Your body can only handle a certain amount of certain vitamins at a time. If you take too much of these vitamins it is expelled in your urine. So you really don't get the full effect. That's why some vitamins are to be taken twice a day (meaning 12 hours apart) so that your body can get the full benefit of it. You can drink more water because you should anyway, there's nothing to be worried about. Take them everyday, they are water soluble and needs to be replaces daily.

Yes, it is very normal. When you take a vitamin your body will use up what it needs and disgard (pee out) the rest. Something is in most vitamins that cause this. When I take my vit. the next pee will be really yellow, then a bit lighter with each after that. It is a good thing tho cause it lets you know that your vitamin did melt and is being absorbed by your body like it is supposed to.

It's probably the orange or yellow dye in the capsule but you may need to drink more water. Also, be careful not to OD on vitamins. If you take too many your body will just excrete what it cannot absorb. Also, some vitamins taken in high doses can make you sick. Unless one's diet is really poor, or there is a particular medical condition, extra vitamins are usually uncalled for.

Yes, very normal to have bright yellow pee with vitamins. It is best to take them with food, in the morning. Without food to help absorb them, most of them end up in your pee rather than being absorbed by your body.

This is very normal when taking vitamins. It can be an excess of Vitamin b-2 . I would suggest drinking extra water.

YES.
I remember when I took vitamins like crazy I got like super super yellow pee.
Just drink tons of water during the day and it will all start to dilutte.
The reason it's so yellow is cuz you have more stuff going thru your system then you used to.
So now all you gotta do is clean it out a little!

This is perfectly normal. the urine will usually turn a neon like color as well as a possible strong vitamin smell. You only have to worry if you start pissing blood (kidney problems) or piss the color of tea (dehydration). Like everyone else said, pound the water and your pee will dilute in a few days.

The chances are your pills contain riboflavin. This is part of the B vitamin group. It dyes everything yellow.
