I want to start a line of small stuffed animals to sell at trade shows with an eye towards selling on the Internet and at various retailers.

I have the sketches, but do not know where you get such a line of items manufactured. Does anyone know this?

I have tried a LARGE variety of the kind of resources that come to mind immediately - yellow pages, etc. But...nada.

Thanks very, very much for your time.

There is probably a trade group called something like "Toy manufactures of America." Sometimes these groups are in Washington or NYC. They might be able to tell you who manufactures animals.

There's a company...its near Gettysburg PA, maybe McSherrystown PA...called Boyd's Bears or something like that...Maybe Boyd's collectables....They manufacture their own bears... maybe they can help.

Or go to a toy store, look at the animals, look at the tags, write down the company names, search on the internet, and call them....

register your design with patents / trade marks, before showing design, or you will lose out big in the long run. Don';t show to Chinese or you will have 1million on market, with no money being sent to you.
