She has been told she has to look after him which includes dressing and she wonders if the Man leading the group can make her and shouldn't, she's frantic with worry as this means changeing his nappies as he is incontinent, what should I tell her?

I think that you posted this in the wrong catergory.

However; my mother worked with disabled people and she had to regularly help them change. My brother is also disabled. I don't understand why she is so upset over this; and I don't think there is anything that she can do to avoid having to do this. If she works in a group that is open to mentally disabled people joining, she should be prepared to deal with it. It is her job, and she shouldn't be able to skip over parts she doesn't like.
