What you need to do first is OBTAIN your International Driver's License -- which can be initiated at your local AAA office (I recommend this because it seems that you may not be either Military or a Military Dependent since it is not posted in the Military Category).
YOU also need to check the Insurance requirements in country as well -- for your US Auto Insurance will not cover you in-country. So you will need to go to AAA (or other International Traveller's Organization or your car rental in-country) to make sure that you have insurance coverage while driving overseas.

I dont see why not! even if u dont have an international DL, still you'll be able to drive there.
