Because the experience will give the knowledge and the knowledge leads to get the experience

I choose experience over knowledge every time. At work, we always have a "management trainee" come visit with our group who is straight out of college. Always a know-it-all but really just ignorant and thinks he's smarter. In no way am I knocking college, but 4 years of college does not outweigh 15 years experience.

Experience. I dont know for some reason experiences mean more, and last in your memory longer than knowledge.

If I had to choose(they are both important) I would take experience because history repeats itself in many ways. You will be more prepared in the future not to make the same mistakes as in the past.

I'll take knowledge. Experienced dumb-asses are useless. Look at George Bush. Quite experiened at being President, but he's still a moron.
