Well I like Emma Charlotte better, but Emma is very common these days. I like Brooke too but not Penelope.. Penelope just sounds funny to me.....does that help??

Well, I don't really like either of them, but I prefer Emma Charlotte over Brooke Penelope... I just don't like the name Penelope.

Emma Charlotte to the max. It has more of a flow to it. And its very classical sounding. I was never a fan of the name Brooke, or the name Penelope for that matter.

They both don't sound that great together. I like Emma Charlotte better than Brooke Penelope because it flows a little better. All four names are great names but they don't go together; you should work on finding names that go with those four names.

Out of the 2 of them I like Emma Charlotte more.
And I know you didn't ask for this, but honestly I like Brooke Charlotte allloot. It flows a little better and isn't such a common name.
