Is the land really cursed or are the people just aspholes.
As for why they come... money, adventure, a desire to help others, pity, love, hate. The reasons are as varied as the people who come. Some people are willing to risk some danger to see new and interesting places. Some people hope to make thier fortunes by being the first to invest in a new place. Some poeple want to show the people of those lands that not everyone is out to get them. And others come to kill the sorry jerks who are spreading their own hate around the world. And some are just doing what they are told because they said they would and took an oath to do so.
Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

What land is cursed? And why would the native people stay in a land that is cursed? If God had placed a blight upon some piece of land making it fatal to mankind, get the heck out. I really don't believe in curses, just terrible people who do terrible things. But if you do believe you live in a cursed land you should leave. Other than that, treat others as you would like them to treat you.

Are you referring to the United States of America?
Politics aside many people come here for an opportunity at a better life. Even some of the countries that are involved in war against the United States would love to come here and make a go at it.
Where did you get the concensus that the U.S.A. is cursed? Is there something more we should know. Is there an imminent attack?

The land is not cursed. The people who abuse the land and who violate the rights of others are cursed and God will deal with them just like he did with Moses and the Pharoahs and others who chose to follow the paths of evil instead of the paths of righteousness. We each have rights and responsibilities to ourselves and our environment and to the laws of the land that we promote. We cannot have freedom without order and rules that we all must follow -- without exception. I believe that every religion has a form of the ten commandments that dictate what is reasonable and proper for us to do. If we each follow those rules -- the ten commandments in whatever form -- then we should all be able to get along and we should be able to thwart lawlessness and evil. It's called personal responsibility and personal reliability.

God as Creator and Governor of the Universe. On planet earth, there's no such things as cursed land. All land are good created by God. All mankind are alike. Live and die is in God's will.
