click here to download the latest version of java http://www.java.com as some people don't know, they always need to download java for internet explorer.

As xxvietxthugzxx said, you need to install Java. Java is a product on Sun Microsystems and was included with older Microsoft operating systems until Microsoft violated the license agreement by trying to create incompatible versions of Java.
Java works as a plugin (similar to Flash) and runs as a "virtual machine" to allow rich applications in the browser.
What you need is the Java SE (Standard Edition) Runtime Environment (JRE). The latest version (at the time of this post) is Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 2.
