I love the idea. President Clinton is well liked and respected all around the world and he would be of great use to the United States in this role. I think it's a great idea no matter who wins the Presidency.

Hillary! It will give her a good excuse for why she's not sleeping with Bill.
Of course there will probably be some political faux pas committed by Bill while he's abroad or using a broad.
