Transformers may have more action but it's plot and themes lack depth compared to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

Harry Potter all the way especially if you've faithfully following the other movies. This one was really good.

I haven't seen Harry, and I don't care to, but I know that Transformers was terrible in my opinion. Few reviewers seem to agree with me, but the script was excruciatingly trite, and the action sequences were confusing and amateurishly directed in spite of the fantastic effects.
Just say no to Michael Bay!
