When your asked "how many days does your period last" do you start counting that day or not??

you start from the first bleeding day to the last.

same with your cycle, you count from the first day of bleeding to the day before your next period and this is how many days your cycle is per month!

Well, I never count it exactly but i know its normally like 6 days.
