I love Byriani and something called butter chicken, but I'm not sure what the proper Indian name is.
I was so lucky to find this small Indian restaurant in my old town that had the absolute best foods. Most of it was I guess like a fast-food, or a home-style type dish, but they were so so delicious! They had different dishes with chaat (my favorite was a samosa chaat), and I can't really remember all they had because the chaats were all I ordered, lol! If you run across something like that, definitely definitely give them a try.

One of my favorite dishes in the world is baingan bharta, an eggplant curry. The source I mention is a recipe with a picture.

well we have indian friends and they invited us in last ramdan for al fotoor the most things I loved are boori and tshabbatti with vegetables Indian people have a really good taste ymmmm I am not sure from the spelling but that's how I geard it
