Arthur Road is neither in Mahim nor in Bandra. It is near Chinchpokli Railway Station in Central Railway and Mahalakshmi Railway Station in Western Railway.

Arthur Road is in central part of Bombay in a place called Jacob Circle near to Mahalaxmi railway station of the Western Railway.

Arthur Rd is off Saat Rasta near Mahalakshmi. It is famous for the Arthur Rd Jail. You can see it (the jail) clearly on Google Earth.
