We broke up.So now hes tryna put me out. What can i do???

Do you receive mail at that address?
If you do, HE CAN NOT PUT YOU OUT!!!
He has to give you time to find a place to move.
Call the cops and have them write up a
report so he won't throw your stuff out.

If you have lived there a significant amount of time, you have legal rights especially if you have been paying him for the space. See a lawyer. Also, see social services. They can help. One of the problems is, he can legally change the locks or put your stuff out on the street, and then you have to take legal action to get back in. You can get a restraining order to preclude that (again see a lawyer). The problem with the law is how do you get it enforced? If he is abusing you, that makes enforcement easier and should be reported to "build a case".

yes he can. you should have saved your money for a rainy day like this. if you don't have any ask him can you stay until you do.
