I'm Ukrainian and can tell you that Ukrainian girls wear a lot of makeup. You can't go out to do some grocery shopping without makeup on your face. But I have to notice, that makeup on Ukrainian girls is not that noticeable as on Australians. It looks more neat.

My mom is asian, and she doesn't wear any make up.
I doubt that most women over there use make up like US AMERICANS do...
But it's probably getting popular all around the world,...since....i mean, dude, t's the 21st century.
