you can't really improve stamina that much in two weeks.. unless u're willing to work hard very hard.. for soccer u're gonna have to be able to run a good 5 miles any given day.. i say u gotta start running at least two miles a day for the next two weeks.. two miles a day twice a day.. once in the morning and once in the afternoon..

I would suggest you hit the gym hard since you need to increase your stamina. I feel that you should mainly focus on cardio. In this two weeks you have i would spend 10 of those days running in the neighborhood or the gym. However long an average soccer game is thats how long i would run each day. And doing sprints afterward would help also.

You need to start running now. Run as much as you can to increase your speed and your stamina. Also, if you can, have your parents take you to the soccer fields with a friend and practice passing and shooting. I have 2 sons that play soccer, but they have already started practicing. Good luck.

an if u dont wanna run just go outside and walk for 5 min every day this week an walk for 10 min every day next week gradually increase the time as much as possible or just climb the stairs or steps do that 3 times a day for 5 days a week

You need to start running but be careful not to run yourself to death.
Start small then gradually increase.
You can start with running 2 miles a day then you can increase.
It all depends on what you can take.

Are you in good physical health? Then play as much as you can ,even by yourself if don't have anyone to play with you. Forget everything else. Playing time is all you need.

drink tons of fluids, water, gatorade, and protein shakes. maybe try the sports drink accelerade like gatorade but gives you more protein. But any sort of fluids and especailly water and sports drinks and protein shakes will help.
