Wikipedia has a list of the Items served at MOST McDonalds.

The McDonald's Site has a list of ALL the items that's being sold at one or more McDonalds location with the nutrition info.
I can't give you a specific menu however because many locations are franchised and only sale certain items for certain amount of times.
