I just started watching again. Where is Steffy? I remember Phoebe having a twin sister. Did something happen to her?

Phoebe sister is over in London still in school, Phoebe took some time off from school to come home and spend time with the family after Taylor started drinking heavily and Ridge decided he wanted to be with Brooke instead of Taylor but now he is actually with Ashley instead of either one of them.

Steffy's is in England in college were Phoebe needs to carry her fast tail instead of chasing after Rick and Constantine.

Apparently the writers decided to separate the twins and give us this version of a very babyish grown up Phoebe (ugh) She now sings (another ugh), and falls in love at the site of any guy who pays attention to her (Shane & Rick) another UGH>>>>>>> I can't stand her or the new Rick....I wish Rick would take her back to Paris and get them both off the show. They can't act or sing.
Steffy would be a breath of fresh air, as long as she really don't look too much like Phoebe and NO SINGING, PLEASE!!!!

shes away at school and i hope they dont rbing her in the show because the storyline is so dumb for phoebe that who knows what crap they would come up wiht for steffy
