I don't know much about Stan Musial except that he was a ball player and I heard he died a few days ago. But sure, why not? He sounds like a beloved figure in St. Louis and it's nice to remember people we love in that way. Especially since it seems like all the ball parks are being named after corporations, in spite of public funding involved. Let's remember who brought the fans into those parks in the first place - the players. RIP, Stan the Man.

1967.A better question:"When was it first described as "needing attention"? How many bridges in the USA need " attention"? At what cost in dollars? At what cost in lives? Is our government proactive? Or reactive? Should taxpayers be subsidizing stadiums,arts centers--or repairing infrastructure? Do you like the new terminoligy for "PORK BARREL"?

I heard it was built forty years ago. I also heard that they should of worked on it several years ago. why do they always wait until something awful happens to fix things?
