why is it when i send email from my home cpu to work it does not work?

my work emails has websense because i send videos from home. but other people send videos from their home cpu and it plays just fine through windows media player. but mine says i need internet access to veiw yahoo mail. is there another way that i can send it to my work?

This seems similar to my own situation. If your computer is on a LAN at work, you may be able to send your video (etc.) to a computer (and email) *With* general internet access. From there you (or the email account holder) may be able to send it to your machine.
