I'll pick John Mark Karr (the pedophile that said he murdered Jon Benet Ramsey to get back into the states). Now, he is free, not considered a sexual predator and living in my state and also hanging around elementary schools from what I hear. It looks like they could have charged him with obstruction of justice or something. I guess we will just have to wait until he molests some other little girl before they do anything. Very, very sad.
