Well, you're here, so you are dealing with it. I am no doctor. So, my first recommendation is to get professional help. Next, you need to surround yourself with lots of friends and family. The less time you have to sit by yourself, the better. I find people think too much when they're alone. And third, you need to learn how to enjoy life again. Been a while, eh? When you listen to music, no sappy stuff, kay? I don't know a lot of details about you, but if you ever need to talk, feel free to e-mail me! Sometimes an understanding ear is what we all need!! Good luck, and stay strong!!

Now I just let myself think about it. But, I have finally realized that nomatter what I do to myself if it's not my time I won't die. I have attempted it many times and have even been declared brain dead and and been on life support several times but I didn't die and I just ended up ruining my health. I even met a man once who shot himself in the head and lived as a cripple in a wheel chair unable to even speak. Suicide isn't a way out, it's a trap door into a tunnel to an even deeper level of hell.If you're afraid please call someone! You can call 1-800-suicide. Good Luck.

One of two things:

1. Go to your doctor so that he can give you medication and set you up with therapy.

2. If it's serious, then call a suicide hotline: 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433) or 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255)

Hang in there. Good luck!

Emile Durkheim was the first to discover that people with the weakest social ties are most likely to kill themselves because they don't have people they care about to consider before making that decision. Work on making friendships with your family, church, teachers, mentor figures and even friends a lot stronger - and focus on positive strength (don't befriend a moany gothic loser who cries about life all day - that will not help you!)

Good luck!

Think of people who are dependent on you... what will happen to them when you'll not be there. See... we all have come into this world with a special mission... and we must be able to identify this mission and work for it. Just letting the life waste for nothing is useless.

Its called depression. You need to talk to your doctor about this. There's no reason to continue suffering. He may prescribe anti depressants or counseling. It's nothing to be ashamed of, and life can be SO MUCH better with treatment!!! I know, I've been there. Hang in there, and God bless.

Had that happen to me before. Think about the ones that love you like your family and friends how much they will hurt. For me it was my mother . I did not want to break her heart. Please use your head.
