Is he an actor? If so, it's probably okay.
If not, his answer might be "go **** yourself."
However, if your avatar is really your picture, you just might get away with it.
PS: I don't think anybody likes to be called "midget." The preferred nomenclature is "little person."

i do not think so at all, especially if that midget gets to be apart of one of your fantasies then he should call himself lucky. cause i know i would love to be apart of one of your fantasies.

it is appropriate as long as you only ask for less than three wishes.....
and be care full. very care full with those lucky charms, they are really delicate and can get crushed very easily......
