I just heard on the news that over thirty percent of the bridges in the US are in dier need of repairs to insure safty. They also said that the government just doesn't have enough money for the funding. Now that is a useless loss of innocent life!

i completely support the trrops that are over there but i don't think that it is their job to be the referees in a civil war. I am sorry is this question seemed insensitive to all of the soldiers. It was nothing against you. You are doing a great job.

on the one hand i would say yes...... i believe we have no business over there ..... and I believe they have no business over here ..... however i am concerned whether it is actually muslim terrorists that caused that bridge to fall in Minneapolis due to the high concentration o Muslims in Minneapolis coming in from Ontario and the writing in all of the bathroom stalls in the truckstops and cheese shops of war against america by muslims ..... if that is the case i would say bring home all of our troops and send over ICBM's and well I know I would get a violation notice if i voice the rest of this but well we will probably never know.... but i dont understand if the shiites did the Towers and we protected the shiites in Bosnia taking out our Bosnian allies and the Sunis were fighting the Shiites in Iraq that would also seem to be our alli in this war ....... why would we be attacking those trying to stop the terrorists ?????

Nope. Our men and women in uniform are over there, so the terrorists won't cut our heads off over here.

It's a shame about the bridges, but that's a state by state issue. Stop using so much salt on the bridges up north. It corrodes the metal structure.

Money used to fund a war comes from federal budgets.

Money used to repair bridges and roads come from state budgets.

So to anwer your question...no. It simply can't be used to repair bridges.
