Possibly but impropable examine this train of thought. Ted could use his deliemma and assuming he is found innocent can join Ron Pauls campaign against the IRS Ron accepts him as his VP they win the whitehouse ROn Paul is discovered to be an undercover democrat he is impeached and President Ted Stevens takes office. Anything is possible but no way this will happen.

Anybody can become president. Rig the voting machines, deny citizens the right to vote, do not count all the votes, control the media and you get a "C" average student from Yale in the white house. The standard to be president has been lowered
