I may just be paranoid. Probably. I have had some brown discharge and very minor cramps. My breasts have been sore, Ive been tired, I've been sick, all of the normal signs. Well now my breasts are not as sore, I am still tired but Im not really feeling sick. Ive read that when you start to lose symptoms that it could be a problem. I went to the doctor on Tuesday and he told me that I should just continue to eat right and do the things things and I will be going back in a week for an ultrasound. I am only 6 weeks along. what do u think?

I also now that you dont necessarily have every symptoms every day at the same level. Pregnancy is mentally hard. Lol.

Spotting and bleeding are two very different things. In fact, most doctors wont even have you come in unless you're filling a pad with blood every couple hours.
Some brown spotting is totally and completely normal. So are period like cramps. endless very painful cramps that you cant handle, and bleeding are signs of miscarriage.
A loss of symptoms is NOT a sign of miscarriage. Thats rediculous. Whatever you read was wrote by a hypocondriac.
:)
You can ALWAYS call your doctor if youre concerned.
Honestly, unless you have just cause, you really shouldnt assume your body would fail your unborn child. You'll be just fine. :)

All you can do is just hope and pray that your unborn child is still fine, i know that it is very very hard to do but all that u can do now is try and take it easy(easier said than do if you have any more kids running about you).
The symptoms could just be wearing off and there might not b anything to worry about try not to panic?
Good luck with ur ultrasound in a weeks time.

dont panic
ive got 4 beautiful healthy children, and i spotted brown and pink with 3 of those pregnancies
i also had some cramps, but those cramps were there the whole pregnancy because your uterus is changing and stretching
my morning sickness didnt even start till 8 weeks, and my breasts were sore some days only
i remember stressing about the same things as you, and i had great outcomes, stay positive, its gonna b ok, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Just to maybe put your mind at ease....the cramping is constant and normal through most of you pregnancy, as long as they don't get any worse than period cramps. The spotting is common. I had it three times (but mine was bright red blood) Brown blood is old blood, red is new. As long as it's not heavy, you should be fine. Every woman has the same fear. Just try enjoying being pregnant. :) good luck! you will be fine.

There is nothing you can do at this point but relax. You could be miscarrying, you could not be. Even if you were, there is nothing the doctor could do to stop it...Just relax and eat healthy and stop stressing about it!
