plz take the hair pin and gently insert the pin and press it will open otherwise it would be drive fault we want to open the cpu case and remove the cddrive and give to any software engneering

If you look at the front of the CD drive itself, normally there is a very small hole where you can insert the end of a paper clip. Inside is a button that you press which will manual force the drive to open. Sometimes a CD will get off balance, and get stuck in the drive.
Once you have opened it and removed the CD, if it still will not open and close on its own, then one of the gears has stripped in the tray, and you will have to replace the drive. Verycommon.

possibly your cd drive may have broke and if that is the case you have to buy and install a new one

broke. see service. if you have a cd inside,you can insert something sharp in that smole hole.
