No, they are still in denial and believe that the war in Iraq can be won and that everything is the Democrats fault.
They still resort to smears and lies such as the dishonest characterization that Obama had a Muslim upbringing. The religious school he went to for three years in Indonesia was Catholic, then he attended one year of public school.
And they're jealous of the choice that Democrats have in presidential candidates. More than 25% of Republicans said they would vote for "none of the above" when shown a list of the 10 declared Republican candidates.

with all do respect, read my lips, promises, promises when he becomes a president, it's going to be a totally a different ball game. it will never happen any way. USA is not ready for an Afro-American president.PAKISTAN is total puppet of USA any ways. that's where they trained Taliban and AlQaeda. if you want to get the people responsible for 9/11, lets find the main owners of military corporations and the top CIA guys and make them talk!

You are mistaken. The terrorist that were responsible for 9/11 are already dead. Killed on the planes they flew. Obama wants to talk with there leaders and work a deal. Bush is hunting them down. Now spout some more reduculous facts for me to pick apart.

That's quite an interesting & refreshing stance from the guy who talks about Bush and his horrible foreign policy, and part of a party that usually refuses to address Muslim extremism by name.
For me, a right leaning libertarian, I am very happy to see anyone in either party take a stand against terrorism from its sources.

I doubt that Republicans are particularly jealous of any particular candidate, or of anything they might have to say. Most see Obamma as barely more qualified to make such statements then their own president of the last six years.

Obama is pandering for votes and attempting to prove that although he had a Muslim upbringing as a young child, he's not on their side.
If you think that's something to be jealous of, think again. I doubt that he even means what he says.
