Its in the 90's and humid where i am,whew.

I stay in my air conditioned apartment, and if I have to shop, I go very early in the morning. I hate the month of August. It is hot, humid and sticky.

Well while in the house turn on the AC'S. If in the truck again turn on the AC, and if all else fails, then get on the Harley and go riding. BTW, East coast here in the 80 - 90's too.

I m trying not to go out in the noon....... n in side my house temp is 17-20 digri celcious n thats not hot......... but outside its burning 40-45 digri celcius!!

Same weather here. I've been going to friend's pools a lot. Try going to a local pool or the beach. The water is a really good resort for me!!

If your outside get one of those personal mistters. Ah a soft spray of mist feels so good and cool. Wear silk or breathable clothes, no undies, fan hats, etc.

i like the heat im down in miami and it has reached the 108 and lovin every second of it.
but you could stay inside or take off some clothes ; )

i'm trying to defeat the winter here in oz --- and succsssefully --- our summer is about to kick in -- where i live in north queensland --- you wouldn't be able to tolerate the humidity we experience ---in our summer --- if you feel it's that bad where you are . p.s your profile is interesting , but can i ask you too !!?
