I assume you mean the weight of the water in a container with or without the floatable object. Yes, of course the total weight will be exactly equal to the original weight of the water plus the weight of the floatable object.

Yes.

Whether something floats or not is a function of relative *densities*. A less dense object will float on a more dense liquid, no matter what the weight of the object (a supertanker is pretty heavy, after all).

Something's weight is a function of it's mass. Mass is acted upon by gravity, and the more the mass, the more it weighs.

So if you have a tank of water weighing 100 kilos, and you put a less-dense-than-water object weighing 5 kilos in it, the total weight will be 105 kilos, and the object will float on the water.

You mean an object floats in the water. The weight of any object is not changing because it is only dependent of its mass multiflied by the gravity in where it is placed. But due to the bouyant force which is pushing upward with this object when it is floating in water then the net force needed to lift this object is less than while it is in free space. It looks like the weight became less but it doesn't.

Yes, it will increase the total mass by its mass. It will float by displacing a volume of water equal to its mass, but assuming that doesn't overflow the tank there will be no mass lost. Thus, the weight will increase by the weight of the object.

If a floatable object is placed in water, it reduces the weight of the object in reletive terms. The actual weight of the object remains the same, but the bouyancy of the object reverses the gravitaional force that is being exerted on that object.
