Look at the contents of Virus Vault. You can delete from there.
I hope you installed the FREE version of AVG, and not a trial of the retail. See link below for the free version.
I also suggest Spybot S&D and AdAware. Both free.

I had this problem too, at first but i found my ways (it was the trial version so just download the free version at http://www.grisoft.com. Open up AVG anti virus on your desktop then on the left hand side you should see some sections, and the word "Virus Vault" in one of those sections. Click on it, then it opens up a new window then go there. After that, delete them all. I forgot what to do to make the viruses deleted because it's been a while since i had a virus, but I'm pretty sure you can get by, yourself its not that hard.

Because you are using the "trial" version, it does not remove the viruses, only reports them. If you go to http:\\free.grisoft.com you can download a free version of the program.
The free version will clean viruses, but not spyware. So you will need a separate (free) anti-spyware program to remove them. Go to http:\\download.com and get the free Skybot Seek&Destroy. It should remove the spyware for you.
In the future, the free AVG will continue to run and keep your computer virus free. However the Skybot (like all anit-spyware programs) only runs when you manual run it. So you will want to make it a habit to scan your PC with it once a week. (Takes about 10 minutes).
Good luck....

I believe if you go back and look it is giving a report of what it found, not what you have left to remove. Mine removed it all automatically.
