can one be cured and could you be sure it wouldnt happen again?would it be ok if paroled to your neighborhood?

Never, no and no. Anyone who even thinks that way about a child, has a sickness. They may be able to control it for a while, but eventually they will give in. Look how many children are kidnapped and murdered, only to find out that the person who did it had been previously arrested. It makes me sick.

No. A hundred years worth of psychologists and criminal experts have all said that they cannot be cured, and the news full of repeat offenses proves it. Personally, I don't like the idea of tax dollars being spent to house them forever, either. I think they should all be put to death.

No it's not OK. I have a 16 month old son, and I have checked the sex offended registry to see where they are around me.
I don't want to have to wonder about the re-emergence of someone's sickness like that.

I don't know any pedophiles but I think with treatment they might be able to control their urges. No, it would not bother me to have one living in my neighborhood.

Never, just because you lock them up doesn't mean their sick minds have changed. If they act remorseful it's only because they got caught. I think they should have their little rapers cut off and spend their lives in prison.
