In the Matter Of the Inheritance (Family and Dependents Provision) Act 1972 in Western Australia. Preferably someone who has empathy, who is not black and white as the situation is not the usual, and can direct me to the correct sight to gain information that may be of assistance. Or someone who has been in a simular situation with the Inheritance (Family and dependents Provision in Western Australia.

You should consult an attorney in your area who is experienced in this sort of law (Trusts and Estates).

I don't know Australian law -- but usually a judge will not communicate with one side (called "ex parte").

So, you'd either need to get the information from some other source, or file a petition with the judge for the information -- but the other side (if any) gets to address the issue and gets the same information.
