It is googly wot u want to sat.
In india it is Dusra or wrong'un in english.
The right arm leg spinner bowls this ball with the same action but the ball spins towards the batsman instead of going away as a usual leg spinner ball.
Countries outside Asia are unable to catch it as they play for the spin after the ball is pitched however Asians catch it from the hand. Google do need the extra effort from the bowler.

I presume you are referring to Googly as there is no term of Goggles in cricket.
In cricket, a googly is a type of delivery bowled by a right-arm leg spin bowler. It is occasionally referred to as a Bosie (or Bosey) after its inventor Bernard Bosanquet; in Australia it is commonly referred to as a wrong'un (and in India as the wrong one, which led to the naming of the doosra, meaning the other one, named by its inventor Saqlain Mushtaq, one of the best off-spinners of Pakistan).
While a normal leg break spins from the leg to the off side, away from a right-handed batsman, a googly spins the other way, from off to leg, into a right-handed batsman. The bowler achieves this change of spin by bending the wrist sharply from the normal leg break delivery position. When the ball rolls out of the hand (from the side near the little finger, as in a normal leg break), it emerges with clockwise spin (from the bowler's point of view). A googly may also be achieved by bowling the ball as a conventional leg break, but spinning the ball further with the fingers just before it is released

You must've meant Googly which is a type of spin bowling by a leg-spinner.
Normally, when a leg-spinner bowls to a right handed batsmen, the ball moves away from the batsman on the offside. See this youtube video to understand the trajectory of a normal leg-spin bowl. Its on 00:50 in the video. http://youtube.com/watch?v=jHZ81cNHAEc
However, sometimes the leg-spinner may produce slight variation to the trajectory of the ball using the same leg-spin action. This tricks the batsmen that the ball is going to the offisde after bouncing, but it comes in to him. You can see the example of the ball in the following video:

Hope this helps.

Goggles: is worn by any person (no relation with cricket)
Closely related:
Googly: a convential ball delivered by a leg-spinner which turns in opposite direction but having the same hand movement as a leg-spinner (i.e. like offspin)
Most bowlers: Shane Warne (Aus/retired), Anil Kumble (Ind/retired frm ODIs)
Similar:Doosra (ball turning leg-spin direction instead of off-spin but having same hand mvt)
Doosra:a convential

I think you mean googly.googly is a type of spin in which leg spin is changed to off-spin.Simultaneously the ball gets slower than speed in which it was delivered, after pitching, which makes the batsmen to struggle.Anil kumble is famous for his googly's.

there is a googly no googles
it is when a leg spinner bowls with a somewhat conventional action similar to his regular action but the ball turns in the opposite direction
which means normally the ball turns from leg to off for a leg spinner but if the ball turns from off to leg with a leg spinners grip and action then it is called a googly
