I want to do a dry polishing so that the kitchen walls and woodwork does not get affected. Do we have any such solutions in India.

I read the following on ENDUST website
We do not recommend ENDUST Dusting & Cleaning Spray be used to clean the following:
Automobile exteriors
Suede leather surfaces
Fabrics
Granite
Stone tiles
Glass & mirrors

There is a granite cleaner/polisher available in stores in the States that I'm sure could be ordered via the internet if not available where you are. Otherwise, you can clean with 30-40% Isopropyl alchohol with a few drops of a neutral PH detergent in water. Neutral PH contains no vinegar, lemon, lime, ammonia or other acidics. And be careful not to set or use anything with grit that could scratch and dull the surface.

Go to the place that installed this counter top, they will have the correct product.
Buffing with water or compatible oils works but trick is what is compatible.
Have piece to work with then try it on that piece.
Dry buffing, with "Talc" is a good possibility.
