Sorry but that's not anywhere near enough info.
What kind of side panel.
Are you going to attach the same side panel to the wall, ceiling and floor?
Shouldn't the question be "How to fix side, top, bottom panels to wall, ceiling and floor?"

Counter sunk screws into a wall plug the get some of those excellent plasic buttons to put over the hole.Just 3 screws down each side will do.

Plasterboards ? Glue onto the wall with proper PB glue or screw to batterns
