kerala is a state in india, so it dosent have any prime minister, it only has a chief minister who is the head of the government. The current chief minister of kerala is vs. achuthananthan. If u meant to ask who is the prime minister of india now, its manmohan singh..i hope that answered ur question!

Since Kerala is a State and not a country, it does not have a Prime Minister but only Chief Minister.
The present Chief Minister of Kerala is Mr.V.S. Achuthanandan.
