Please someone tell me why ? On the first day I had fever but now I don't (5th Day) But still I am getting the blood out while urination with pain. I cannot go to doctor as I am working outside of my country and if something big they might terminate me. So Please someone help me.

wow.you really need to see a doctor! it could be an STD or a urinary infection.it should be treated though. why would your job terminate you because of an illness? i dont think they can do that!best of luck!

It's nothing major!! You either have a urinary tract infection (treated by simple antibiotics), which can quickly turn into a kidney infection if left untreated. Or it could be Kidney stones or a bladder infection!! ANY of these NEED to be treated by a doctor...THEY WILL NOT GO AWAY (kidney stones will pass, but you are going to experience severe pain that is going to be obvious to everyone)! You could do more damage to your body, I would hope whatever overseas program you are in promotes being healthy and being seen by a doctor!!! This is nothing super serious (ex: cancer), so get to the doctor quick and get some relief!!!!!!
Sorry, there is no quick fix for those symptoms my friend and the longer you hold off, the more chances you have of this turning more serious...I wouldn't risk it!

It could just be a urinary infection. I have had them and doctors I went to gave me antibiotics to take for a week to 10 days and it cleared up. This is not a very serious illness and it is common but it must be treated as soon as possible so it doesn't spread to the kidneys and become more serious.
Please go see a doctor.

if you haven't had an injury-sounds like kidney stones. you should get checked out as they can cause damage if left unattended. Anytime you are bleeding from your penis-you are ready to get fixed-like it or not. Screw the job, will it be there for you down the line in your life when you have health problems ? like 20 years from now?

It may be infection/stone/both.
Just now drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice, & if you can get- alkacitron syrup, might help you, but you need doctor's attention.

it may not be anything to worry about, maybe just an infection or something, but you really need to see a doctor today! if you leave it, it will get worse and it will make you worry even more.
