There's a great deal of pleasure in both, i have found that i will set out to do something, and enjoy the journey, whether learning how to paint the house, work my computer, or whatever i feel like learning next, , and then the sense of happiness once i have mastered those skills, and have acheived my goals.

Depends on where you are going!! By and large though the journey is the best bit....especially if youre going to work n summer on motorbike!! I've often found the best journeys are the ones where you dont have a destination just hit the open road and see where it goes!!
